In caring for your privacy and the protection of your personal data, including your right to access information, the Limited Liability Company "LL PLUS SIA" has prepared this Privacy Policy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the Regulation).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide the client of SIA LL PLUS (a natural person) with information about the types of Personal Data, the purposes, procedures and scope of processing, as well as about the rights of the natural person as a data subject.

Personal Data is any information (written, audio, video, electronic) directly or indirectly related to a natural person that pertains to an identified or identifiable natural person, for example, name, surname, date of birth, phone number, postal and e‑mail address, photograph, one or more economic factors characteristic of a natural person, as well as other information that allows identification of a natural person (hereinafter – Personal Data).

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of Personal Data regardless of the form in which the natural person provides their Personal Data: on paper, verbally or electronically.

This Privacy Policy applies to registered and potential clients of the Servisometrs application (hereinafter – Clients), as well as Clients who use business pages on social networks such as Facebook and Instagram.

1. Basic information about the Controller

Purpose of processing Personal Data: collection of reviews, sending personal offers, advertising, conclusion of contracts, administration of settlements, customer service and participation in the loyalty (customer) program, maintenance and improvement of the website and online store operations.

2. Types of Personal Data and purposes of processing

SIA LL PLUS processes the following Client Personal Data for, among others, these purposes:

To comply with legal requirements, including but not limited to providing information to state authorities, for example the State Revenue Service: all of the above Personal Data Document storage in the archive: all Personal Data necessary for SIA LL PLUS to fulfill obligations set by legal acts.

3. Legal bases for processing Personal Data

SIA LL PLUS processes Personal Data if:

1) processing of the Client's Personal Data is necessary for the performance or conclusion of a contract (when purchasing goods, it is considered that a contract has been concluded between SIA LL PLUS and the Client). For example, the processing of a delivery address is necessary for the delivery of goods. If the Client does not provide SIA LL PLUS with the Personal Data necessary for the performance of the contract, SIA LL PLUS will not be able to perform the contract. A request to present an identity document at the time of receiving a product purchased in the online store is related to the need to confirm the recipient's identity.

2) processing of the Client's Personal Data is necessary to fulfill legal obligations applicable to SIA LL PLUS, for example to ensure the provision of Client information to state authorities and to comply with accounting document management obligations.

3) processing of Personal Data is necessary for the legitimate interests of SIA LL PLUS or a third party, for example to investigate cases when complaints about the quality of the application have been received, to carry out checks to improve service provision, to protect SIA LL PLUS property, as well as to secure evidence in case of a criminal offense, complaints and/or claims.

4) the Client has given consent to the processing of Personal Data for SIA LL PLUS business development, promotion of goods and services and marketing activities, including for the purpose of tailoring the website and app functionality and commercial notices to the Client's purchasing habits. For example, the Client's consent is required for the use of Personal Data collected via cookies, observation of the website, app and online store usage habits. On the basis of consent, such data as gender, date of birth, purchasing habits, information and habits regarding the use of the website, app and online store, images, video and other information are processed for the purposes mentioned in this point.

4. Recipients of Personal Data

SIA LL PLUS may transfer the Client's Personal Data to the following recipients, provided this does not conflict with applicable legal acts:

in cases provided by law, when requested by state authorities and authorized institutions, courts, sworn notaries and bailiffs.

to persons related to the operation and business development of SIA LL PLUS, including but not limited to data storage service providers, advertising and marketing and other service providers related to SIA LL PLUS obligations regarding orders placed in the online store, for example couriers, other postal and delivery service providers, accounting and financial service providers, including for the provision of leasing services to the Client, including but not limited to: legal counsels, financial consultants and auditors, communication (contact), postal and information technology service providers. In such cases, SIA LL PLUS provides or receives from third parties the Client's Personal Data to the extent necessary to ensure the respective service or activity.

5. Scope and retention period of Personal Data processing

The Client's Personal Data is processed to the extent reasonably necessary, taking into account the regulatory framework in force. SIA LL PLUS will store Client Personal Data within the time limits set by law and until the purposes of Personal Data processing referred to above have been achieved.

SIA LL PLUS processes Personal Data as long as at least one of the criteria below applies: 1) there is a valid contract between SIA LL PLUS and the Client; 2) SIA LL PLUS or the Client may exercise their legitimate interests in the manner provided by applicable legal acts (for example, submit objections or claims, bring or maintain an action in court); 3) SIA LL PLUS has a legal obligation to store Personal Data; 4) the Client's consent to the relevant processing of Personal Data is in force, if there is no other lawful basis for processing Personal Data. If none of the criteria mentioned in this point applies any longer, the Personal Data is deleted.

6. Transfer of Personal Data outside the European Union

Personal Data is not transferred outside the European Union.

7. Client's rights within the scope of Personal Data processing

right to access your personal data – the Client has the right to receive information regarding the purpose, legal basis and method of Personal Data processing, Personal Data corrections, deletion or blocking, the source of Personal Data and other information in accordance with legal acts;

right to rectify your personal data – the Client has the right to request the rectification of their personal data if it is inappropriate, incomplete or incorrect;

right to object to data processing – the Client has the right to object to the processing of their Personal Data if the use of Personal Data is justified for marketing purposes, for example to receive marketing offers;

right to withdraw consent – the Client has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of Personal Data in cases where the basis for Personal Data processing is consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect or stop the processing of Personal Data carried out in accordance with and/or based on other legal bases. To withdraw consent, the Client may use the Controller's contact information indicated in this document. If the Client withdraws consent, including consent to the use of cookies, SIA LL PLUS has the right to limit the functionality and scope of its services, including within the operation of the app, website and online store. In such cases, SIA LL PLUS will not be able to provide the respective services to the Client if, due to the withdrawal of consent, SIA LL PLUS does not have the Personal Data necessary to provide the services and/or functionality.

right to be forgotten – the Client has the right to request the deletion of their personal data, unless this conflicts with legal requirements, for example if Personal Data is processed based on the Client's previously given consent and the Client has withdrawn their consent. This right does not apply if the personal data requested to be deleted is processed in accordance with legal requirements;

right to lodge complaints – the Client has the right to submit complaints regarding the processing of their personal data to SIA LL PLUS and to the Data State Inspectorate if the Client believes that the processing of their personal data violates the rights set out in legal acts;

other rights provided by the Regulation.

8. Automated processing of Personal Data

The Client's Personal Data may be processed automatically for the purpose of the Controller's business development, promotion of goods and services and marketing activities, including for the purpose of tailoring the website functionality and commercial notices to the Client's purchasing habits. SIA LL PLUS may analyze the website, app and online store visiting and usage data in order to offer the Client, according to their individual habits and interests, advertising, goods, services, discounts or participation in certain campaigns.

9. Information about Personal Data processing

The Client may contact SIA LL PLUS regarding personal data processing (questions, giving or withdrawing consent, exercising their rights and complaints about the use of personal data) by sending their requests to the e‑mail address llplussia@gmail.com with the subject "Personal data processing".
